As the Product Design Lead for Dondich’s Nihongo Master, a language learning platform, my responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks. These include conducting user research and interviews, designing novel features, establishing and preserving design systems, collaborating with stakeholders to chart out product roadmaps, facilitating design sprints and workshops with content managers and designers to tackle intricate UX problems, visualizing and prototyping final features, as well as overseeing developer handoffs.
During my tenure at Workit Health, I audited their website and introduced missing UX practices, defined centralized layouts for a 300+ Services website, maintained a style guide, and delivered new page designs. Additionally, I collaborated with the Creative Director to determine the direction of graphics and UX copy across the website.
